PURCHASER TERMS
The Purchasers understand that the products placed for sale on the website have not been manufactured and/ or produced by DB POLYMERS.
In view of the above, the Purchasers understand and agree that any manufacturing or other inherent defect in a Product must be immediately communicated to DB POLYMERS who shall communicate the same to the vendor of such Product. The Purchaser further understands and agrees that such defect shall be removed / rectified by the vendor and DB POLYMERS is not responsible for any such manufacturing or inherent defect observed by the Purchaser.
Further, since DB POLYMERS is not the manufacturer/ producer of the Products placed for sale on this website, DB POLYMERS does not make any representations or warranties as to the attributes (such as quality, worth, marketability, etc.) of the products proposed to be sold on this website.
