Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any request for the Refund & Cancellation   shall be subject to verification of purchase and examination of the condition of the product at the time of return and shall be further subject to the approval oF DB POLYMER.

You may cancel your order or some items in your order before the billing and shipping of the products. However, please note that no cancellations of any made to order or altered products will be accepted. In the event a cancellation request is received and the order has not been processed/ approved, your order shall be cancelled and the entire amount charged You agree not to dispute the decision made by DB POLYMERS and to accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
